At Roots Counseling & Wellness, we provide individual therapy for college students, young adults, and adults across Washington State through telehealth. Our therapists support individuals experiencing life transitions, burnout, anxiety, depression, day-to-day stress, relationship challenges, and family planning. We strive to create a calm, grounding, and supportive space where clients feel safe exploring their experiences and making meaningful changes. Together, we work to identify patterns that may be holding you back and support healing, growth, and a stronger connection with yourself and the world around you.
We specialize in helping clients through self-care improvement and empowering personal growth. We incorporate art therapy, drama therapy and mindfulness (if desired) to deepen the connection between mind, body and soul. We follow our client's lead and encourage them to use their space how they feel is needed.
