As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nine years of experience, I take a gentle but direct approach to therapy. In my practice, I use a blend of approaches including mindfulness and meditation, and Internal Family Systems (parts work) to support the whole person. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which uses eye movements and visualization to help process trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief in a focused and effective way.
Therapy is a place for change and healing. I am here to offer the place for that to happen, in a nonjudgmental, peaceful environment. I offer in person and telehealth services at YouTurn Counseling in Garner, NC and conveniently offer some weekend and evening availability.
