Hey, I'm Morgan. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist providing psychotherapy in downtown Chico, CA, and by telehealth. I’m passionate about helping people to live more authentically, connect more deeply with loved ones, and let go of the things keeping them “stuck” in old stories that no longer fit.
I am trained in Eye-Movement Densensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and regularly integrate experiential modalities for the times where you are experiencing something but don't yet have the words to process that experience. Im also trained in ERP therapy. My approach has been described as warm, empathetic, creative, and inquisitive.

A grief group for people picking up the pieces and trying to accept the loss of a loved one, so that they may move forward. Using a combination of CBT and experiential therapy techniques (i.e. art).
