Are you dealing with a major life transition, feeling lost or just need someone to help you navigate through day to day difficulties? My experience includes assisting adolescents, young adults and individuals dealing with major life challenges and transitions. I believe that we all may need a little more support at times when we are feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stressed, or stuck in unhelpful patterns of behavior and communication. I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, family conflict, social difficulties and behavioral issues.
I work with those who are experiencing conflict, anxiety, depression, and other challenges stemming from experiences of trauma or this thing we call life. I provide support and guidance for families in navigating challenges of childhood and adolescents. I provide a safe environment for all to express their feelings and access strengths.
I have worked with children, families, and young adults for over 8 years in various capacities. I pride myself on my ability to make quick connections with people, understand their points of view, and help communicate those feelings to others.
