Although beginning therapy and delving deeper into the inner workings of your life can initially be fearful, it is a courageous act and an opportunity for growth and a new understanding of who you are. My areas of expertise include working with individuals who struggle with intimacy, communication, forming satisfying relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, supporting you in gaining insight into the patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are no longer serving you.
