I am trained and specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I have experience with working with those who are struggling with trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, along with other emotional and life challenges. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other modalities and interventions as means to support your healing.
