I enjoy working with individuals who are seeking to address past relationship trauma including, parent, romantic and friendship struggles. I've spent years developing knowledge on Childhood trauma and Complex PTSD. I love to work with individuals who are seeking help to understand themselves and the things that are holding them back from living the life they desire and building the close relationships with their people. As a social worker, I strive to look at the individual as a whole to increase and address factors that may be impacting their mental health.
I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to address mental health struggles and find a life worth living. Looking at values, and changing our relationship with discomfort, suffering and joy to heal and create a better life for the client. I live by these principles myself. I also use Accelerated Resolution Therapy which addresses trauma memories.
My passion in life is to work with people and help them gain tools and skills to build a life they enjoy living while making changes that are needed to process and address the struggles that are impeding on that potential happiness. I love working with trauma and relationship building. I am very excited for new clients and to build relationships!
