I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients identify and reframe negative thoughts. Additionally, I incorporate play and art therapy techniques, allowing clients to express themselves creatively and explore their feelings in a safe and engaging way. This personalized approach helps ensure that each child or adolescent can meet their goals.
