Major life transitions like becoming a mother for the first time, young women entering adulthood, and LGBTQIA+ individuals exploring identity can be overwhelming, and can offer an incredible opportunity to nurture a more compassionate inner world. Through our therapeutic relationship, we will create a warm, collaborative space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. I respect your autonomy and truly believe you are your own expert. My lived experience transitioning to motherhood has empowered my therapeutic practice. I can’t pull you out of the pit, but I can sit with you in it.

Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), inner child work, and reparenting practices, our work together will allow you to build self-trust and process difficult emotions. As you heal and transition to the self you are becoming, I will provide a safe and supportive environment that celebrates and affirms your diverse identities and needs.
