Drawing from EFT, EMDR, IFS, and attachment based therapy, I help clients gain insight into the root causes of their struggles, heal old wounds, and create meaningful, lasting change in both their inner lives and relationships.

My approach combines EFT, EMDR, IFS, and attachment based therapy to help individuals and couples move beyond survival mode. Together, we work to heal emotional wounds, re-wire the brain and nervous system, shift long standing patterns, strengthen relationships, and build greater confidence, resilience, and emotional well being.
