You’ve been carrying so much, whether it’s mental health struggles, challenges with food and body image, or living in a body that feels constantly on edge. I specialize in working with females and understand the unique pressures that can shape these experiences. As someone who has navigated chronic illness and my own mental health journey, I know how heavy and isolating it can feel. In our work, we’ll slow down, listen to your mind and body, and gently untangle patterns so you can feel more grounded, connected, and free. My approach is warm, holistic, and tailored to you.
I draw from evidence-based approaches to meet your individual needs with compassion and flexibility. If you’re working through trauma or distressing life experiences, I offer EMDR to support deep, body-based healing. EMDR can be especially helpful when talk therapy alone hasn’t been enough to move through the stuck places.
My practice is rooted in Health at Every Size (HAES), promoting body acceptance and self-compassion. If faith is important to you, I also offer Christian counseling to integrate your spiritual beliefs into the healing process. You deserve support that truly meets you where you are.
