Feeling burnt out from traditional talk therapy? Or just can't seem to find the words to describe what you're feeling? Art therapy can allow deeper self-exploration and help make the unconscious conscious with no need for prior experience or skill in art-making.
I am passionate about incorporating a neuroscience trauma-informed approach to art therapy and talk therapy for an empathetic and culturally humble approach to treatment, personalized to your goals and needs. While I specialize in art therapy, I do not require or push individuals to try art therapy if they are interested in talk therapy.
I am versed in working with families and individuals of all ages experiencing crisis, trauma-related disorders or difficulties, adjustment difficulties, anxiety disorders, and low self-worth. I will provide various approaches of therapy modalities to address your needs with a focus on resilience over pathology.
I am here to support you in your journey of mental health wellness, no matter how big or small you feel your needs may be. I am prepared to provide talk therapy and/or art therapy to meet you where you are at and attain your goals in realistic and achievable steps.
