I specialize in helping adolescents and adults navigate depression, anxiety, life transitions, school and work challenges, self-esteem, sleep difficulties, family challenges, sports pressures, and more. I’m committed to helping you feel in control of your life or assisting your child in finding a safe space to heal. I am passionate about helping young adults develop confidence in their voice, build effective skills, and successfully manage life's transitions. I also believe that involving families, when appropriate, can be an important part of the process and can help promote positive change.
I have worked with the adolescent population for about five years and consider it my sweet spot, but I advocate for all ages equally and love meeting individuals where they are. I have worked with the adult population for about a year. My realistic, simple, evidence-based approach prioritizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and more.
