I help clients heal relational trauma by integrating attachment-based therapy, brainspotting, nervous system regulation, and talk therapy. Together we’ll explore how your body and nervous system hold stress, break old patterns, and build healthier connections with yourself and others.
My style is warm, collaborative and compassionate. I see therapy as a safe space where you don’t have to go through the healing process alone.
