Experiences of oppression, marginalization, discrimination, and other systems of power can profoundly shape our nervous systems, sense of identity, and capacity to feel safe, connected, and authentic.
I help adults grow from childhood, relational, and systemic trauma using attachment-based therapy, Brainspotting, somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, and talk therapy. Together, we'll build secure relationships, reconnect with your authentic self, and create lasting change.
