Thanks for visiting my profile. Are you struggling to feel connected to yourself and those around you? Feeling depressed, anxious, or lost? I would love to hold space with you while you explore the inner workings of all things related to you. I believe that as human beings, everything we do is relational, therefore, I believe therapy offers the opportunity to heal with another person being present. I have been working as a clinical social worker for the past 13 years. I currently offer in person therapy in Inver Grove Heights and virtual services to folx in throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. I am LGBTQ+ affirming.
I embrace a somatic focused approach that allows me to work with clients who are interested in exploring the connection between their nervous systems and lived experiences. I utilize brainspotting and attachment based therapy techniques in conjunction with talk therapy. I work with my clients to individualize their therapy to their specific needs.
One of the hardest parts about starting therapy is taking the steps to ask for help. It can feel overwhelming and many of us fear being judged. Please be kind to yourself, and know that the path ahead can get easier when there's help along the way.
