As a genderqueer, autistic adult with chronic illness, I understand the feeling of not being seen or heard in personal life experiences. In our work together, I promise to meet you where you're at, using flexible approaches that feel empowering to each individual.

Parenting Group
NEW Counseling will be hosting a virtual parenting book group on the second Sunday of the month beginning over Zoom at 7:30pm. Bibliotherapy is a creative arts therapy centered around the use of books as being learning tools or relational sources, aiding in the understanding and processing of mental health and personal growth concepts. The clinician will be reading a new book every 2 months - follow along, or join and reflect on themes and questions inspired by our reading.

Autism Unmasked: Community Group
Our Autism Community Group runs through two different periods each year (Late Winter- Late Spring and Late Summer-Early Winter). Our group is open to anyone over the age of 20, with themes of the group including later-in-life-diagnosis, unmasking, and peer relationships. Max 12 group members. Most insurance/ Medicaid accepted, private pay $20 per session. Groups run over a telehealth platform.
