I take an eclectic approach with my clients to identify which of the modalities I'm trained in will be the best for them, the specific situation they are struggling with, and the strengths they posses. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and many others to help you succeed.
