As a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience, I feel truly honored to support adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence. While I work with a range of challenges, I have particular expertise in ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (Level 1), OCD, and anxiety. Many of my clients are bright, capable individuals who struggle with executive functioning challenges, emotional regulation, overwhelm, intrusive thoughts, or social stress. I take a strengths-based, relational approach that blends evidence-based strategies with practical skill-building and a touch of humor.

My goal is to help clients better understand how their brains work, reduce shame, and build tools that create real, sustainable change. I strive to create a warm environment that values each individual’s unique strengths and personality.
