The importance of understanding our emotions and past experiences is what I enjoy to focus on during the session. Life transitions and trauma is where my expertise and interest lie. I have experience working with children who struggle with behavioral issues such as anger control and academic issues. I also enjoy working with young adults who are going through life transitions as well as past traumatic experiences. Emotional focused therapy are my theories of choice.
It is my goal to create a safe space and a nonjudgmental environment for people of all backgrounds and to allow them to be free in who they are. I enjoy working with clients in all situations and specialize in parent/child therapy and relational trauma.
