I work with individuals ages 18 and older. My clinical interests include, but are not limited to, dual diagnosis mental health and substance use concerns, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress management, self-esteem concerns, grief and loss, and adjustment difficulties. I enjoy helping individuals navigate personal growth, develop healthier coping strategies, and build resilience as they work toward their goals. I am passionate about supporting clients through periods of change and helping them create meaningful and lasting improvements in their lives.
I strive to meet clients where they are and collaborate with them to develop a treatment plan that reflects their unique needs, strengths, and goals. Building trust, rapport, and a strong therapeutic relationship is central to my work, as I believe meaningful change occurs when clients feel supported, understood, and empowered.
My primary therapeutic modality is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. I also incorporate elements of person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, strengths-based approaches, and mindfulness techniques when appropriate.
