I strive for all who enter my sessions to feel safe, valued, and heard, as I feel that these are the building blocks for personal discovery and growth. I work with individuals to process life challenges, changes, trauma, and to show up as the most healthy and genuine version of themselves. Our work together will be individualized to meet your personal goals and build on your strengths (or finding them if you are feeling unsure of what they are).
My approach is person-centered and strengths-based. In working with children,
teens, and young adults, I pull from many different modalities, including CBT, DBT, Play
Therapy, and mindfulness practices. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Each person comes with their own unique set of experiences and strengths, and I feel that the therapy experience needs to reflect and honor that individuality to not only be effective, but also be authentic and enjoyable.
