I specialize in treating trauma in its many forms — from childhood & relational trauma to complex PTSD, grief, & experiences that have shaped the way you see yourself and the world. I provide neurodiversity-affirming & identity-affirming care, honoring each person’s unique story and needs. Many of the people I work with spend years trying to hold everything together while carrying the weight of anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression, relationship challenges, or patterns they can’t seem to break. Together, we explore what’s beneath the “symptoms”, understand what keeps them going, & build practical tools for meaningful, lasting change.
Rather than asking "What's wrong with you?", I help clients explore "What happened to you?". Through a trauma-informed approach, we explore how past experiences may be shaping current thoughts, emotions, behaviors, & relationships. Together, we build practical tools, restore nervous system balance, & find what works long-term. Not just temporary relief.
