Do you often feel overwhelmed or unsure of yourself? Maybe you find yourself holding onto pain from the past and not knowing how to let go. You might be replaying past trauma, stuck in self-doubt, or feeling anxious in ways that make it hard to function day to day. Maybe you’ve been told you’re “too sensitive,” or you’re exhausted from masking parts of who you are to feel safe. My goal is to offer a space where you don’t have to explain or justify your identity or your feelings. I work with folks navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem, and I have experience supporting LGBTQ+, poly, and kink-identified clients.
I offer a blended approach to therapy which integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Positive Psychology. This helps to tailor therapy to your unique experiences. Using these approaches, we can work together on self acceptance without fear of judgment or rejection.
You don't have to deal with this alone. I offer in person sessions in downtown Columbia (weekday evenings and Friday 10AM - 7PM) and online sessions from anywhere in South Carolina (Monday through Friday 10AM - 7PM).
