I’m Morgan: a queer, neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist for adults across Arizona. Let’s be real. Life is a lot, and navigating a world not built for us is even more. If you are feeling stuck, anxious, or just tired of the masking marathon, you found the right corner of the internet. I help folks move through trauma, identity shifts, and those big overwhelmed feelings. No clinical coldness or performing here. I provide a grounded virtual space to untangle the messy parts of life. Whether we are processing trauma or celebrating your authentic self, I am here for the whole, unmasked you.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and grounded, with space to move at a pace that feels supportive and respectful. I view therapy as a shared, human process rather than something done to you. I integrate IFS, EMDR, DBT, and CBT, combining insight with practical skills you can use in daily life. Our work focuses on building understanding and support.
