Hi there! Welcome to Kind Mind, which is the gentle landing place you have been looking for. My name is Morgan and I'm already so proud of you for starting this journey. Whether you are seeking out therapy as a means to heal from past traumas or are just looking to grow in self-compassion and awareness, you are welcome here. It can be crazy hard to change, and harder still to acknowledge change is needed. It is my greatest honor to sit across from individuals and couples who are taking that first step to better themselves - with and immense amount of courage and curiosity - knowing that change can be really hard and uncomfortable.
I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences freely. I am an affirming, relational clinician that specializes in trauma, grief, and attachment wounds, and am committed to walking alongside you as you build the skills and insight to overcome their impact.
My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and collaboration. I am trained in different modalities - including EMDR and neurofeedback - but you will always be the expert on your own life.
