I am passionate about incorporating EMDR, self-compassion, mindfulness-based practices, and parts-work to create a comprehensive healing experience for clients. My sessions tend to be a blend of talk therapy, self-soothing, creative visuals, and humor :) I am licensed in both Georgia and Kentucky.
