I am trained in a variety of treatment modalities, including CBT, CPT, and EMDR. In EMDR, clients dealing with PTSD, abuse, and other forms of trauma can reprocess traumatic memories and decrease the distress caused by them. This type of therapy can be instrumental in helping clients find healing from some of the most painful moments in their lives.
Additionally, with Christian clients and those who are open to it, I am able to incorporate Biblical principles, etc. into sessions. For those who do not have this faith background, rest assured that faith is only brought into sessions when a client asks for it to be. Please reach out with any questions.
