Together, we will address negative self-talk while fostering hope, a kinder inner voice, and freedom from perfectionism. I help clients assert boundaries and end people-pleasing habits. My clients learn to reconnect with themselves, manage overwhelming emotions and burnout, and find peace from inner shame. My approach addresses trauma, helps cultivate authentic identity, and supports clients in rediscovering meaning and purpose.
We will use a blend of EMDR, IFS, boundaries, and somatic work to cultivate authentic identity and connection, end people-pleasing, learn resources to manage stress and emotions, cultivate self-compassion, create hope and empowerment, gain freedom from the shadow of trauma, and still the inner-critic.
