Hi there, I'm Morgan! I help people quiet the inner critic, build self-trust, and reconnect with who they really are beneath perfectionism and people-pleasing. Together, we'll create space for self-compassion, healing, and genuine freedom from the weight of shame. If you're ready to feel more at ease in your own body, I'd be honored to walk that path with you. My approach blends IFS and EMDR with somatic practices and boundary-setting. I help clients identify the patterns that keep them stuck—like harsh self-talk or avoidance—and develop new ways to meet their needs with clarity and kindness.
Therapy is a space to remember who you are beneath survival mode. Together, we'll identify what feeling “better” looks like for you—whether that means less anxiety, stronger boundaries, or simply feeling more at home within yourself. As you grow, we'll regularly revise them to ensure therapy continues to meet your needs.
