I'm a licensed mental health counselor with an office in the beautiful and historic Fairhaven District. I focus on the importance of using a direct style of communication to empower individuals and couples to find inner strengths and make positive movement to achieve desired outcomes. I have specific training in supporting individuals struggling with PTSD and histories of sexual assault. I'm trained in LGBTQ+ language and support, and offer informed consent letters and consultation. I'm also passionate about working with couples around communication, financial management, adjustment issues, infidelity, and inter-personal conflicts.
