Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you and build practical strategies you can actually use.
I use evidence-based approaches—including CBT, mindfulness, EMDR, and ERP—to help clients overcome challenges, heal from trauma, and build resilience and balance in their lives.
I am passionate about helping clients build meaningful connections with themselves and others, fostering a deeper understanding of their values, strengths, and potential. When I’m not helping clients I reset by running, golfing, building Legos and spending time with my corgi Ash - because I believe therapy is about the full life, not just the symptoms.
