I have a wide range of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and the geriatric population. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, life changes and family struggles. I use CBT and DBT and I also engage clients in motivational interviewing, solution-focused practices and strength-based approaches to increase satisfied living and meaningful change.

I received my Master's in Social Work from the University of Louisville. I am Licensed in the State of Kentucky and the State of Tennessee. I began my career working as an Inpatient Mental Health Therapist on an Inpatient Adolescent Unit. I have since transitioned to Outpatient Therapy Services. It truly would be a privilege to be a part of your journey.

I provide a safe and judgement free space where you will have the space to obtain support and work towards your goals throughout the therapy process. Starting this journey is not easy.
