I provide a collaborative and non-judgmental space where we can work together to help you find healing. I work with adults and older adults, although I also support some adolescents. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, substance use, perinatal and postpartum mental health, relationship concerns, and trauma. My background in medical social work has given me experience supporting people through complex medical challenges, helping me understand how physical and mental health are deeply connected.
I tailor my approach to each person’s unique needs. I am trained in various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, and somatic therapy. I believe that healing happens through the therapeutic relationship. I strive to create an environment where you feel heard, and respected. Let’s work toward a life that feels more balanced, connected, and fulfilling.
