Hi, and welcome. Your mental health needs come first with me. I am a therapist with 25 years of experience in treating behavioral health issues. I have extensive training and experience creating safe space to heal, grow, and recover from trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and grieving, as well as specific issues experienced by men, people on spiritual growth paths and LGBTQIA folks.
I expect EMDR level 2 training completion by the end of 2021. My therapeutic orientation is based in the school of Integrative Psychotherapy Internal Family Systems, Motivation Enhacement, and Positive Psychology, but will use all available skills to facilitate your growth.
