My priority as a therapist is to show you what therapy can and should be: safe, curious, non-judgmental, and client-driven. You are the expert in your life, and I am here to listen, inquire, and sit with you as you embark on cultivating a deeper sense of identity and belonging within yourself and the world. My aim is to help you feel comfortable within the discomfort true vulnerability can so often bring. The root of my work lies in a deep seated passion for discovering the value and depth of joy–no matter what you are bringing to the table.

I practice using a trauma-informed, strengths based approach to help clients derive meaning from their past experiences, identify to their core values, and discover the power of acceptance. I believe there is great beauty and hope to be found in contacting the present moment- let's look for it together!

Throughout various seasons of life, I have been on the other side of this work as a client. Because of this, I understand how nerve-wracking and vulnerable it can feel to begin therapy. My goal is to always provide a warm, welcoming space where you are free to be fully yourself. This work is for you, and I am with you!
