About
It's okay to be a unsure what you need out of therapy. It's ok to recognize that things aren't going well but can't exactly figure out why or how to change this. Questions and curiosity about the way we operate in our lives is wonderful starting place! It is okay if you've been to therapy before but still feel stuck. We are each full of endless potential.
Here are some struggles that are often topics in therapy. Feeling down, not motivated. Life transitions, feeling lost or fearful of making next steps in life. Grieving a loss in your life. Feeling insecure, having self-doubt, not feeling valuable. Unhealthy relationship with food, or rigid & fearful thoughts about food/weight. Social isolation and loneliness
I am a native Nashvillian, who after spending years in other cities, excitedly returned to this beautiful town. Outside of work I enjoy running, reading, watching sports, and family time with our beautiful daughter and sweet French Bulldog. My husband, a transplant to Nashville, keeps me on my toes with his love of travel and culture.
