Do you and your partner have difficulties communicating with each other in a healthy manner? Are you and your partner struggling to connect emotionally or physically? Are you facing a strained marriage due to parenting struggles or other life transitions? Maybe you are trying to decide if it's possible to stay together after one partner's infidelity. My goal for you is to provide a safe space where you and your partner can freely process thoughts and emotions, while feeling both heard and understood. Healing from this disconnect is not linear, and at times it can be painful, but with mutual effort and communication, it can be done.
Relationship growth and healing requires work from both partners, both in and out of session. Clients will be encouraged to actively participate in session and will leave each session with skills and tools that facilitate a new way of communicating and connecting with one another.
