I am currently accepting clients aged 14-young adult for counseling. I specialize in working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life changes, and anger management. I utilize a person-centered, CBT approach to counseling. I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders. I would love to work with you or your child! I see clients Monday-Thursday and Fridays by request in office or virtual. Appointments available as early as 11 am and as late as 7 pm. I currently accept several insurances.
Choosing to start therapy can be a difficult decision. It is my goal for my office to be safe space, always. I hope that through counseling, you develop insight that allows you to regain control over distressing symptoms.
