Many of my clients feel stuck or disconnected from their authentic selves, and our work together focuses on understanding the deeper roots of these challenges to foster lasting change and self-compassion.
I support my clients through a trauma-informed approach that draws on experiential and attachment-based therapies, including AEDP, parts work, and emotional regulation. While I work with a wide range of concerns, I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, attachment and relational wounds, and patterns of people-pleasing.
