While I work with all ages, I specialize in working with older children, teenagers, and parents. My job to create the space and provide the tools for you to get to where you want to be with yourself and the important people in your life.
I use a variety of therapies and psychoeducation to meet your individual needs and goals. I most often use trauma or attachment based talk therapy, EMDR, and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), but I am also trained in Theraplay and utilize Autplay and other play therapy interventions. I'm always working on learning new ways to benefit my clients.
