I work with families and individuals who want to better understand and navigate complex emotional and relational challenges. I specialize in unique family dynamics, particularly those shaped by adoption or foster care, as well as early‑life trauma, self‑harm, suicidality, and parent–child conflict. I work with all ages but focus on older children, teens, and parents. My role is to offer a steady, informed perspective and practical tools that support healthier relationships and a more grounded sense of self.
I use a trauma and attachment‑focused approach to therapy. While I integrate traditional approaches like psychodynamic, CBT, and solution‑focused therapies, I also am trained in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) and Theraplay which are used for family work. I am also trained in EMDR and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) for individual treatment.
