I am Morgan Girtman, MSW, LCSW and I specialize in walking alongside individuals of all ages as they navigate anxiety, grief, depression, life transitions, and chronic illnesses. Through compassionate, client centered care, I provide a supportive space for healing and growth, where trust, validation, and empathy are at the heart of my work with clients. I work with children, teens, and adults facing emotional challenges, loss, and significant life changes. My goal is to be a steady, encouraging presence - helping you find clarity and strength in the midst of hardship.
In your first session, we will work to identify your struggles, your strengths, and your goals. You will be invited to share at your own pace, ask questions, and begin building a supportive, comfortable connection.
My therapeutic approach is shaped by over a decade of hospice social work and my personal journey with chronic illness. Living with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome has brought unexpected challenges and deepened my understanding of grief. I've experienced profound personal loss, including the deaths of my mother and father when I was a young adult.
