Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, accepted, and genuinely supported throughout the process. I specialize in working with trauma, OCD, anxiety and depression, and understand how deeply past experiences can impact the mind, body, relationships, and nervous system.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel understood rather than judged.
I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Polyvagal Theory. My approach focuses on mind-body connection, emotional healing, and helping clients better understand and regulate their nervous system in a safe and compassionate environment.
