Looking for Somatic Therapy? I believe that the body is never just a bystander in our healing. It holds memory, emotion, and wisdom that the thinking mind often can't access alone. Sometimes, that means taking the work outside. I offer outdoor and walking sessions on the beach in Manhattan Beach and along the trails of Palos Verdes. For many people, nature lowers the nervous system's defenses in ways that a traditional office simply can't. For those who prefer the ease of home, I also offer virtual sessions
I work with adults and couples, often with artists, creatives, people in tech, and fellow healers. My training includes Somatic Therapy, EMDR, Neurodiversity Affirming Therapy, and Couples and Sex Therapy. I have particular experience supporting relationship anxiety, libido mismatch, IVF and infertility, and sexual trauma.
