My associate’s, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees are awarded to me from PennWest California University. I am local to the Pittsburgh rural area and have experience working in rural schools as well as the counseling office settings.
I am a licensed professional counselor and a nationally certified counselor. I have experience working with children, teens and adults. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. I am versed in assisting individuals with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, and autism spectrum disorder to name some.
My therapeutic style focuses on a strong connection between myself and the client. While utilizing rapport building, I feel it is critical to have a strong connection with each client to better understand their stories and paths that they have taken in life. In doing so, this allows me to have a clearer insight into how to assist each client.
