Hi, I'm Dr. Davies. I’m a licensed Psychologist with both a license to practice in Florida and a license (PSYPACT) to practice teletherapy in 42 states (psypact.org for list of states). I primarily work with adults who have OCD, anxiety disorders (general, social, phobias, panic), PTSD/trauma, and relationship concerns (couples therapy available). I treat mental health disorders as well as helping with general personal growth and overall wellness.
I have training and experience treating adults with OCD and anxiety disorders using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also have expertise using Trauma-Focused CBT for PTSD/trauma. Additionally, I use a multicultural approach, integrating a variety of techniques based on individual needs and identities.
