Hi, I'm Morgan a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS). I work with teens and adults who feel stuck in patterns they can't seem to break. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, people pleasing, relationship challenges, substance use, or feeling like they're never quite "enough." They often know what they should do, but find themselves repeating the same behaviors, overwhelmed by their emotions, or disconnected from the person they want to be. Therapy can help you better understand yourself and create meaningful change.
I don't believe people are broken. The ways we think, feel, and cope are often shaped by our experiences. Together, we'll explore the patterns that keep showing up, understand where they came from, and build new ways of responding that better serve you. My approach draws from CBT, DBT, person-centered therapy, MI, mindfulness, and Brainspotting.
