I show up as a whole person in the room with you, not just a set of techniques, and I work to create a space where you can build the resilience to face life's harder moments rather than find ways around them.
I'm drawn to the complicated parts of being human, and I believe that with the right support, people are capable of more than they often give themselves credit for. My role is to act as a compassionate mirror, helping you see yourself clearly enough to believe that change is possible and that you have what it takes to move toward it.
My approach is integrative and deeply relational. I meet you where you are, and we figure out together what healing can look like for you. That might mean talking, creating, moving, or simply being seen in a way you haven't been before.
