I specialize in perinatal mental health and have advanced training in the assessment and treatment of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. I am particularly committed to supporting LGBTQ individuals and those navigating fertility, pregnancy, and parenting. I also work with anxiety, depression, and adjustment-related concerns.
I believe effective therapeutic relationships are grounded in empathy, authenticity, and clinical attunement.
