Welcome California and Coloradan’s! I am a warm, collaborative, and engaging therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of addiction and trauma. With specialized training in addiction treatment (individuals and loved ones of alcoholics/addicts) and trauma informed therapy. I am passionate about supporting my clients towards healing, growth, and meaningful change. I currently am licensed in California and Colorado, serving both states through Telehealth services. Please note, I am currently paneled with identified California insurance providers and prefer communication via email for quickest response.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in collaboration, empowerment, and a deep respect for each individual’s unique journey. I utilize trauma-informed therapy techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, or EMDR for short, and exploration of root memories/messaging that inform current patterns of thinking and behaviors.
