I have worked in both crisis intervention and dual-diagnosis substance use treatment, where I gained a true passion for working with individuals and families navigating substance misuse, relational trauma, ADHD, and autism. My therapeutic work is neurodivergent-affirming and emphasizes our nervous system's immense impact on our feelings and relationships.
